Red, White and Amber - Dog Point and Shining Peak

Shining Peak Brewing are excited to bring you “Red, White & Amber”, a 5-Course Degustation meal with beer and wine matching in partnership with Dog Point Vineyard.

The evening will be centred around a 5-course degustation created by renowned chef, Freddie Ponder, plus pre-dinner hors d’oeuvres and desserts. Each of the 5-courses will be paired with a Dog Point Vineyard wine and a Shining Peak Brewing beer.

Wine-maker and all-round vino expert, Matt, from Dog Point Vineyard will join us to talk through their core range of certified organic wines while you are enjoying the perfectly matched course. Guests will also enjoy a glass of the exclusive 2010 Dog Point Pinot which is currently not available to purchase! Head Brewer, Jesse, from Shining Peak Brewing will join Matt to present the beers matched with each course.

Tickets are limited for both nights and cost $120 per person.
