A brief introduction to the therapeutic practice of Reflexology, leaving you with a simple routine to use at home. Oils included in course fee.
Ever wanted to know what Reflexology is about? This brief introductory course aims to provide opportunities to understand a foot chart and to learn to demonstrate and practice some relaxation techniques you can take home to practice on yourself family or friends.
This is a hands-on course - at some stage during this course you will be practicing on a fellow student's feet - why not enrol with a friend or family member! Please bring a couple of large towels and a pillow and a bottle of hand sanitizer.
By the end of the course, you’ll be able to:
- Have a basic understanding of reflexology and the theory behind it
- Identify and demonstrate a relaxation sequence of reflexology
- Read a foot chart
Note: Courses need a minimum number to go ahead so if we don't have enough enrolments a few days before the start date, we have to cancel. We'll let you know by email so please check yours regularly.
