Remembrance Concert

A very special moment in time will take place at the ASB Theatre Marlborough on Saturday 18th July, 2020.

In conjunction with our naming sponsors, ASB, we welcome all members of the community to:
A Remembrance Concert
for, with, and by the people of Marlborough
to honour friends and loved ones lost during lock down.

This very special concert will feature musical performances from members of the Marlborough Civic Orchestra, Double Shot, Marlborough District Brass Band, The Elim Church Music Team, Rose Platenkamp, Tony Theil and Spencer Kingi, with the caring words of celebrants Terry Tyril and Jenny Andrews.

COVID-19 has created an extraordinary moment in history, with the lockdown having made its mark, so deeply and so differently to us all. With the support of Geoffrey T Sowman Funerals and Cloudy Bay Funerals, we hope this concert gives opportunity to all members of the community who have been affected in whatever way, by the lockdown a moment to come together as a community, pause, reflect, remember, and find peace.
