So excited to host another of these beautiful workshops at the Tauhara Centre Sunday 11th October. Last year I ran a very successful event, enjoyed by everyone, with many students returning to join us again this year. With just over a week a half to go, there's still a couple of spots left if you're keen to join us, send me a message, or get your ticket online now!
Relax and rejuvante on this a blissful day workshop, with yoga, food, nature and connecting with others. We will start with a gentle and healing yoga sequence guided by Debi Hendra to allow the body, mind and spirit to breath deeply and let go. A shared wholesome vegetarian feast will follow, and the chance to take a walk in beautiful bush surrounds to help digest our food and expand our lungs. A gentle pranayama (breath class) and a relaxing yoga nidra will close the afternoon. $110, contact Debi to confirm your space. The Tauhara Centre is the ideal setting for this workshop nestled into the Acacia Bay bush.
This is a lovely way to finish up the school holidays with a little me time - no yoga experience necessary, open to everyone, I look forward to hearing from you.
