Rhythmic Wrigglers is a a fun and interactive Music and Movement class for 0-4 year olds, organised by Anna Prasannan. Anna has a Postgraduate degree in Music performance from Victoria University and 5 years of music teaching experience for children 4 and up, along with ECE experience and a toddler of her own.
Free Introductory Class:
Following the first free session it will be $10 casually or a concession rate if you sign up for the term.
-In Music class children will learn about pitch, rhythm, tempo, dynamics, listening skills, creativity and vocal play.
- Through songs and actions children learn: vocabulary, numbers, patterns, colours, coordination, emotional expression and more.
-We will have instruments for your child for every session.
-Other props used throughout the term include: scarves, finger puppets, soft toys, felt boards, bubbles, parachute.
-primarily I will be singing acapella or with an instrument and using minimal recordings.
-Live instruments will include flute, ukulele, recorder and piano and when possible I will invite guests to come and play different instruments too!
-carefully selected age appropriate recorded music to dance/ march/ blow bubbles too for creativity and expression.
- Themed classes each week to focus on different areas of learning.
