We’ve been hit hard in 2020, so let’s dance those blues away!
Step back in time to the prohibition era with Flirtini. When flappers drank giggle water and shimmed in their little black dresses until shimmying was banned (and after). The time when "anything goes" and Jazz clubs were the cat's pajamas.
This open level class combines the well known Charleston and Lindy Hop with the classic striptease elements of shimmy. Each week we will learn a new element to add to your rapporteur and the session will end with a small routine so you can see how these new moves can work together. This class is suitable for all genders and experience levels and is catered for all fitness levels with variations provided. Please note that this class isn’t suitable for people with knee and ankle issues.
There is no nudity, so is open to all ages.

Classes start Wednesday 21st October for 4 weeks. Cost is $80.00. Classes start at 6.30. Venue Riverview Lounge, Glenview Club, Peacocks Road, Glenview.
