If you want to get down and dirty and have a whole lot of fun with your gals, then this unique off-road running event is for you.
This event is tailored specifically for teams of 3 women, 13 years of age or older to take on a 6km course full of man-made and natural obstacles – competing, conquering and finishing together. Challenge yourself on a course that includes swamp crossings, a spiders web net climb, crawl under barb wire, beautiful native bush trails, tunnels, hurdles, a climbing frame not to mention, mud mud and more mud!
This is a women’s only event designed for ladies of all ages to get together, dress up in fancy dress and enjoy a fun day out in the mud. It is being rolled out in two of our popular Tough Guy and Gal venues – Auckland and Rotorua.
The vision behind this event is to bring women together in an environment where they’re able challenge their abilities, push themselves outside their comfort zones, encourage and empower one another to achieve and accomplish more than what’s often thought possible.
We have some awesome spot prizes up for grabs from Glow Lab, a major accommodation and spa package from the Millennium Hotel Rotorua to give away, merit prizes, souvenir reusable cups for each competitor, challenging obstacles, a fun atmosphere, hot showers and plenty of free parking. Grab your friends, workmates or family together for a truly amazing experience!
The event is located at Lakes Ranch, an outdoor pursuit / equestrian centre 15 minutes east of Rotorua on SH30. This event is at the same venue as the other Tough Guy and Gal events. Just follow the signs to Hells Gate and Lakes Ranch is located directly opposite. This venue provides a magnificent course with spectacular scenery for the ultimate experience.
