Our new Self Discovery groups are an opportunity to examine the essence of your true self.
Through the help and guidance of Graham, Kazz and Sammy we will teach you to recognize the limiting behavioral patterns of the personality, giving tools to enhance the true soul through the power of intuition and trust.
Learn through the scientific evidence of bringing stresses down, regaining balance and nurturing the self at an entirely new level.
Through the awareness’s of our emotions, self-judgments and own story lines to name a few, we will bring to focus how through reflection of our exterior environment we are creating every single moment of our lives without fully being aware of what we are creating.
These groups will give you the opportunity of honest expression and emotional release in a safe nurturing environment, while learning about conscious language and how we internally talk to ourselves along with how our body communicates to us on all levels.
