Sika - Blue Full Moon - Sound Journey Day Retreat

Spend personal time with SIKA on this rare and magical day of a very powerful Blue Full Moon, the second full moon of October which also falls on Halloween.

During this powerful retreat you will experience up to five individual sound journeys, each revealing deeper layers of consciousness to open up and explore whatever messages or guidance comes through.

Sika says “Using this simple structure enables individuals to have profoundly empowering experiences as time is taken to process each Sound Journey and discuss ‘being’ with your truth as you witness sharing their experiences”

Sika has been offering Sound Journeys for over 25 years and is considered the original sound journey master. He is a very sought after, highly respected international musician having recorded many sound journey CDs.

Based in New Zealand, he is recognised by significant Māori, Native American, and Aboriginal elders, including the Yuin tribe of South Australia.

Sound Journeys are a shamanic style of sound bath and, like most gong/sound baths, people lie down and relax to healing sounds, but the Sound Journey really is a ‘journey’ – a powerful inner experience as the physical vibration of the didgeridoo and other sounds plays over and around you as Sika moves around the space while playing.

What to bring on the day:
- your own lunch (we are unable to cater for all dietary requirements)
- a yoga mat (some are available at the centre)
- a blanket
- a pillow
- an eye pillow (if needed)
- layered clothing as your temperature can change as the energy moves
- your water bottle
- a notepad and pen
