As a part of the EcoFest West Festival we present Silent Disco Citywalk Henderson Edition that is a 90-min immersive audio walk that gives you a new perspective on Henderson, unlocks its hidden gems, history and connects you to its public spaces, colourful art murals on a new exciting level.
Come along to find out how the past, present and future times dance together and create a unique soundscape and storytelling programme that you'll hear through Silent Disco headphones. The music playlist also contains greatest hits from old school to new age.
The meeting point – outside of the WestCity Shopping Mall, entrance from the Great North Road next to the WestPac Building.
The walk starts outside of the WestCity shopping Mall, goes through Henderson Town Centre with a few interactive stops, activities happening along the way - Kakano Youth Arts Pop-Up Gallery, Falls Hotel, Corban Estate Arts Centre, Henderson Park and finishes at the Japanese Garden.
No dance experience or desire is required. Just come as you are and be ready to take a walk on the wild side.
Bring your children, friends, parents or even grandparents. Or just come along. We will make you feel welcomed. Kids 5+ years are welcome.
