Our silent retreats run regularly throughout the year, giving time to really settle into the peace and quiet of the Centre’s spiritual environment. They offer plenty of time for meditating, reading, walking, & relaxing.
Silent Retreats are a great way to have a true break from the busyness of life. Clear your mind, relax your body and settle your energy. Then bring all that you’ve received back into life!
Delicious plant-based food is offered buffet style. The Meditation room, yoga room and sitting room are all available for your use. The gardens offer a beautiful an environment for peaceful walking and contemplation. Cozy up by the fire in the winter. Dip your feet into the outdoor swimming pool in winter.
Arrive on a Saturday morning and leave refreshed to start the week on a Monday morning. Silent Retreats are an ideal way to relax and unwind, to sort out your thoughts. Give yourself the space you need to get in touch with your inner intuitive voice.
