Silo Cinema Season Finale: Labyrinth: CANCELLED

*Event cancellations update - Silo Park.

Kia ora friends, we’re sorry to see the season end like this and we thank all those who headed down to Silo Park this summer. We will be cancelling the remaining of this summer’s Silo Park events. The New Zealand Government announced this afternoon a clear directive to cancel all events/gatherings of 500+ people. It is a sad but sensible decision and we agree that the sole focus should be protecting New Zealanders' health and economic well-being.

This will be our last Silo Cinema for the summer, so round up your crew and head down to the park for some kai, drinks, DJ’s & a free film projected on to Silo 7.

We’re treating everyone to one of the all time classics - Labyrinth. Starring Jennifer Connolly, the late great David Bowie, and a cast of the most mystical collection of fantastical creatures to have ever been captured on film.

For those that don't remember, Sarah, a teenage girl wishes away her little brother Toby who is whisked away by The Goblin King (the one and only David Bowie). Full of remorse Sarah changes her mind, and In an attempt to get him back, she must solve the Labyrinth in 13 hours.

Event starts at 5PM with food and drinks. Movie starts at 8.00PM. Make sure you bring a warm blanket and jumper as it can get a bit chilly.
