Why is it that more people of all ages are having difficulty with their sitting?
How can we improve this difficulty in our culture and improve our sitting?.

In these classes you'll learn about how this is happening and how we can change this around, making sitting easier and more comfortable.

You'll experience effective movements to relieve stress and strain we hold in our neck/shoulders, hips and back and learn helpful hints to do during the day when you find yourself slumping or feeling tense. Classes will also focus on how to unwind from your day.
