Delighted to be offering Soul Sessions at Shed 23 once again!
A delicious blend of fine company, nurturing, music, talk & joy for the heart.
A women only gathering led by Jennifer Moss. 16+
Come and be a part of a safe and nurturing space for women only. Where you can share, feel supported, be part of a community, breathe, laugh, sing, wonder and play.
Allow yourself to breathe, feel, be heard, expand, and mostly to be nurtured. The evening will explore breathing, singing, meditation, simple rhythmic & toning instruments, sharing ancient stories & traditional healing ideas and play!
Please wear comfy clothes, & bring a few flowers or greenery to help decorate the space. Look forward to seeing you.
