Join us for an awesome night of local stand-up comedy for the first time ever in one of the best venues in town - The Woolston Club! Even if you’re not a member, The Woolston Club’s doors are open to you! For only $10, come on in and enjoy a cold drink, a bite to eat and an evening of some of the best stand-up comedy that Christchurch has to offer.
Doors will open at 7pm, aim to be seated by 7:40 as the show will begin at 8pm sharp. The show will be from 8pm-10pm with a break in the middle. Once the show has ended you are free to drink until the license finishes at 11pm.
Our lineup features 4 regulars in the Christchurch comedy circuit who are bringing their best jokes for your entertainment. Our lineup for this month is Matt Threadwell as MC, Andy Millar, Vasu Premkumar, Ben Kent and Taylor Ruddle.
This show is a great opportunity to experience the hospitality of the Woolston Club if you’ve always wondered about joining but would like a “test run” first!
While this show is not open mic, Can Do Comedy run many regular free open mic comedy shows throughout the year. If you’re interested in performing yourself in 2020 or you know somebody who should, send an email to candocomedynz@gmail.com and we can get you started!
