Cleaning my inner world from emotional garbage.
Plastic free July: As I place awareness on the garbage in the outer world, with plastic that simply won't rot - dot - ever, this is a great time to place awareness also on the emotional garbage within myself:
- Inner voices that aren't mine, telling me what to do or not to do, telling me off, holding me small, or bloating me up and making me "invincible" and distant to others.
- Emotional reactivities, especially in my relating with other people. They may feel great in the moment, but often leave a bitter taste, or get me "stuck".
- Belief systems that do not serve what my heart longs for.
- Other kinds of self-sabotaging patterns.
This toxic internal environment can lead to anxiety or depression, to name just a few. Sustainability begins in myself, and sometimes I need support to learn where to start or how to do it.
In this workshop-conversation, we will explore the emotional garbage that each of us is most familiar with. You will receive very practical tools to make lasting change in your everyday life.
All you need to bring is yourself, the willingness to feel, and means to purchase one of the delicious foods or drinks that Raw Balance offers if you want - it's a great way to support your inner cleaning up. Something to take notes can be helpful.
About Dr Julia Neumann SSG:
My education and professional background is German law. I realised that the way of working in that system did not nourish me enough to spend my life energy doing that.
Since 2015, I am exploring my world of feelings and emotions in the context of Possibility Management. Since 2019, I am a Possibility Management Trainer and since this year, I am combining my legal education with conflict transformation as a "Sourceress Space Guardian", to provide deep healing spaces for resolving human and ancestral issues.
I will share some of my personal experiences and the tools offered by Possibility Management to make this evening a sustainable experience.
