Selwyn Community Education is based at Selwyn College, Kohimarama, Auckland.
This Tai Chi course suitable for total and relative beginners, runs over eight Tuesday or Wednesday evenings PM starting on the following dates in 2020:
11 or 12 February
5 or 6 May
28 or 29 July
13 or 14 October
We also have places available on Saturday courses 2 - 3:30 PM starting 15 February or 9 May or 8 August. An October date is also likely.
Tai Chi is meditation in motion: learn a series of slow, continuous movements that promote physical and mental well being, and improve coordination and balance.
