The Art of Bread NZ

The Art of Bread NZ is starting to use our kitchen for Artisan Bread Making Classes once a month on Saturdays at 10.00am and on Tuesdays to Thursdays at 6.00pm. Every second Friday of the month, Isabel will teach Bavarian Pretzel Classes at 6pm. The German-born foodie is excited to welcome anyone interested in sourdough and traditional bread making to her classes. More information can be found here:
