The Beer Spot brings your undisputed tappy place to the Auckland CBD for the first-ever The Beer Festival!
It's all about taking the fear out of beer and experiencing the joy and wonders of Enzee's exciting and flavoursome beers, wines and ciders, all produced by local, independent producers. Meet the brewers and winemakers and discover their incredible talents and origin stories and learn how great beer gets its game!
We wanted to give Auckland something to look forward to after what has been an annus horribilis.
A lot of events have been cancelled this year so we thought we'd run a festival that focussed on local, independent breweries and great Auckland food trucks, that was run by locals, for locals and with locals.
When you buy a beer from the brewers they'll be getting all of their sales income and pay a more reasonable price for their stand, unlike their experiences at other events. We'd like them to go away having met new customers and made their trip worthwhile.
Rest assured we've made plans for full refunds if the event doesn't go ahead because of Covid-19. So tell your friends and get your tickets fast. There's not many of them.
Each food truck will be offering a $5 food item and alcohol-free beverage options. Please eat regularly and often - water will also be available throughout the venue.
There'll be running a People's Choice voting platform for your favourite brewer and food truck and we'll have spot prizes for best costumes if you feel up to it, but please don't use whacky costumes as an excuse to drink like a douche.
We're hoping to create a giant The Beer Spot for a couple of days. It would be great to see you there!
This is a cash-free event using a wristband payment system. You can purchase spending dollars when buying your ticket, or at The Cloud during your session. Merchandise available at the venue.

Authorities will be present and visible, monitoring pour sizes and intoxication levels.
