The Botanical Distillery's Gin and Tonic Experience

Our Gin and Tonic Experience at Batch Winery combines the best of both worlds. Enjoy the start to your magical day on Waiheke Island with a private pickup from Matiatia Ferry Terminal, the gateway to Waiheke Island, with a mini tour of the island before reaching Batch Winery.

Sit back, relax and enjoy our Gin and Tonic Experience where we will immerse you into the wonderful world of gin. We will guide you through the botanical plants and spices which are used to create gin.

We then invite you to fashion your own two gin creations, under our guidance, to sip while enjoying the views from Coromandel to the Skytower in Auckland.

You will finish with The Batch Winery's High Tea and a glass of bubbles which look back to vintage dishes, quintessentially Waiheke favourites, updated with seasonal flavours and contemporary twists such as pavlova with roasted seasonal fruits.

Their chefs use fresh produce, free range and organic where possible, and add freshly picked herbs from their kitchen garden. The three tiers of great tastes means you can linger longer and admire the 360 degree views.
