'The Famous Five' is on at The New Athenaeum Theatre in the second week of the school holidays 16-18th of July at 6:30pm each night. This is a fun adaption of the classic Enid Blyton book series. The first Famous Five book was published in 1942.
Carol Krueger has adapted the book and given it a little twist. This play has the children and their dog Timmy, as evacuees from the London bombing. But they end up in a new mystery, when an enemy plane lands in a country field. This play has lots of humour and suspense. It is ideal entertainment for the whole family!
