Selwyn Community Education is based at Selwyn College, Kohimarama, Auckland.

This workshop will run 12am - 3pm on Saturday 22 August 2020.

Drawing on the culinary influences of Morocco, Tunisia and Algeria, this workshop celebrates the shared feast. Felicity will demonstrate the recipes, sharing her techniques and information about the ingredients.

Recipes: Garlicky White Beans, Smokey Tomato Fragrant Lamb Tagine, and more sensational accompaniments will be demonstrated. Perfect with couscous, salads, harissa and a fragrant fruit dessert.

What to bring: Just bring yourself and an appetite. Recipes will be provided. You may wish to bring a pen for note-taking.

About Felicity O'Driscoll: Felicity runs the Demonstration Kitchen at Cook the Books, the Auckland-based cookbook store (est 2003). The kitchen is the home of Choice TV series 'Cook the Books', which celebrates New Zealand cookbook authors and their stories. At Cook the Books, Felicity teaches culinary workshops on a monthly schedule and is thrilled to share two of her most popular classes with Selwyn Community Education.

Our mission: To provide quality lifelong learning opportunities which empower individuals in their personal lives and as members of society.
