Pop-up Globe presents our second ever Great Pop-up Globe Jumble Sale!
Did you miss out on our first ever Great Pop-up Globe Jumble Sale back in March? Never fear, because the sale of the (Jacobean) century is back!
After five glorious years, we're closing our Auckland playhouse and focusing on international touring. We're keeping our production headquarters here in Auckland, but consolidating the size of the space we use. So we need to make some space and clear out our racks and shelves, which means we’re having a big clear out sale!
Over this time our talented team have made thousands of items of set, props and costumes - and we've accumulated a huge inventory of weird, wonderful and functional things.
From costumes to hats, shoes to wigs, props including tables and chairs, office furniture, items of set, memorabilia, accessories, fabric, sewing supplies, items of armour, severed heads, and stationery - there is a crazy range of items and a whole new selection of stock from our first jumble sale.
We've had such a huge volume of enquiries that we are limiting the number of people who can attend so that we are not overwhelmed and so that we can adhere to the government specifications for alert level 2.
You'll need to book a one hour slot for the sale. Up to twenty people can attend in each slot. We will be contact tracing and do ask that you do come to your allocated time slot to help with this. PLEASE do not attend if you are feeling unwell.
There is a $5 entry charge.
PLEASE NOTE you will receive a $5 discount on your first purchase. We have placed a cover charge on the event to manage demand and encourage people to take up their slot so that other people don't miss out.
Stock will be introduced during the day, so there'll still be new items in each slot.
