Ukulele trio 'The Nukes' last played in New Plymouth back in January 2018 as part of Festival Of Lights . It was a great night in the park and the boys are itching to return. No fear! they'll be there on Friday 28th Feb. Now with a new member, multi-instrumentalist Mike Burrows and a swag of songs old and new. The audience will be in for top entertainment and musical delights.

This talented trio delivering an engaging mix of humour and originality that audiences of all ages will love. The innocent little uke is the instrument of choice and people will be staggered by what the Nukes are able to achieve with it. Great song-writing, musicianship and 3-part harmony combine to create a truly memorable, entertaining experience. With over 10 years together and 3 albums they’ve developed a show which is always entertaining and surprising.

The Nukes have appeared at WOMAD NZ, Splore, Auckland and Canterbury Folk Festivals, New Plymouth Festival Of Light, Wanaka Festival Of Colour, Coastella Festival, Southland Festival Of Arts, Hawke's Bay Arts Festival, Oamaru Heritage Festival, Alexandra Blossom Festival, Bluff Oyster Festival, Geraldine Ukulele Festival and more including a successful nationwide thirty date Arts On Tour NZ March 2017 venture. They have also toured extensively in Australia on a number of occasions.

Doors open at 7pm and showtime 8pm.
