The Pop-Up Native Plant Sale

The good folk at the Wellington Bird Rehabilitation Trust are not just in the business of providing a nurturing facility to over 1000 injured, sick, orphaned, and abandoned native and non-native birds each year. They have also been busy nurturing an extensive range of native plants for their online nursery, Feathers & Flora.

Feathers & Flora was established to develop a cycle of self-sustainability for the trust. All the proceeds from the sale of the plants go towards covering the running costs and development of this wider Wellington asset, which is in Ohariu Valley. Now is the perfect time to plant natives in the garden, so, the WBRT team are bringing the plants out of the valley and into the city for you.
