Retreats allow for an integral re-connection to one's self. This retreat is focused on holding silence however discussion will be allowed at certain times. The periods of silence allow for self-reflection. Sitting or slowly moving silently through nature is encouraged. Explore the tranquillity of nature and the renewal effects of integrated yoga practices daily. Open to all from beginners to advanced.
This exclusive, intensive retreat includes instruction of yoga over many sessions and allows for a mix of active movement and quiet reflection in nature-rich surroundings. Equipment is provided however bring your own if you have.
Retreat price includes heated dorm accommodation, food, meditation and Hatha yoga sessions. The yoga room is also heated. Dressing in layers is encouraged due to possible mountain weather changes and varying levels of comfort during yoga/meditation. Massages at BROEC can be pre-booked at a special rate for attendees. We will also make a trip to Maruia Hot Springs for an optional group activity (there is an entry fee).
