The Vegetarian Collective! This is a series of plant based workshops centred around resilient communities and sustainable eating. Each workshop will focus on a different element of food - be it growing, cooking, or preserving... and of course - eating!
Kasundi is an Asian chutney used for dipping and as an accompaniment to other dishes. During the workshop Aniquah will show the process of making a vegan Kasundi from seasonal vegetables to be preserved in jars for future use.
This workshop will be run on Thursday 12th March at 6pm. Bring your friends and families! Entry is $5pp to cover ingredient costs. Could you please bring a small container in case there is any Kasundi leftover!
