Traditional Kiwi Baking with June Renwick

Selwyn Community Education is based at Selwyn College, Kohimarama, Auckland.

This course runs over three Tuesday evenings 7 - 9 PM starting 16 June 2020.

Come and learn traditional NZ baking such as Anzac biscuits, scones, sponge cake and ginger gems. June will share her secrets to creating perfect and delicious treats - it's easier than you think!

This is a wonderful opportunity for you to refresh your memories or to be introduced to these popular favourites from the 50's and beyond. With the emphasis primarily on being budget-wise and using good ingredients, June is keen to share these old recipes as they continue through the ages to appeal to all ages. Children 12 years and older are welcome to attend this course if a parent or adult guardian is also attending.

Course fee includes $33.00 for ingredients.
