Take in the stunning panoramic water views whilst enjoying an entrée, main and welcome drink at Trinity Wharf Tauranga before being whisked off for dessert platters and an ocean cruise with Bay Explorer, departing from Trinity Wharf's pontoon.
We’ll cruise the shores of the Tauranga Harbour: Te Awananui, taking in the sights from Trinity Wharf hotel to Town Reach, under the harbour bridge to Stella Passage and the Port of Tauranga. We’ll take in the evening sites of the ships up close as we cruise down to Mauao: Mount Maunganui, and the tree lined shores of Matakana Island. The Kaimai ranges and soft sunsets will feature in the distance as the day closes and evening lights start to shine. This two hour cruise will give you an appreciation of our city from a new perspective. Come and enjoy the friendly hospitality, with music and drinks available aboard the Bay Explorer.
Need to know:
5:45pm: Arrival at Trinity Wharf for a welcome drink
6:00pm: Seated in restaurant, entrée is served followed by mains.
7:00pm: Guests board the Bay Explorer
7:15pm: The Bay Explorer will depart sharply at 7:15pm.
Please ensure you board are boarding the boat at 7:00pm
Please dress for the weather conditions. It can get chilly, so bring something to wrap up warm, and ideally where comfortable, flat soled shoes.
