Based on this inspirational premise that is scientifically proven in the research for Project Drawdown, Ingrid Vercammen and Dr. Stephanie Mines assembled a unique program to amplify and manifest feminine leadership in a climate changing world. Their design is based on the principles of connected leadership in harmony with a living Earth. This two-day immersion paves a path to personal and collective resilience and sustainability in the workplace and at home. Participants leave with resources for self-care and enhanced leadership presence that will last a lifetime.

This program builds personal vitality and creativity and enhances teamwork. It brings climate consciousness into the business structure economically and effectively.
