Over the past few years, Chris Priestley has been writing and gathering songs that illustrate our historical past. Village Music is especially pleased to present Chris and friends in concert, to perform these wonderful musical treasures, against a backdrop of images and with a narration by Peter Elliott. Chris will be joined by a well known group of great local musicians - expect to see the likes of Nigel Gavin, Cameron Bennett, Sonia Wilson, Emily Roughton and of course, a surprise guest or two. Marty Duda once described a previous concert as "The most entertaining New Zealand history lesson you're likely to encounter." This will be a fun evening for sure - See you on the night. (P.S. As always, we will put safety first. A full refund will be made if we have to pull the pin due to any Covid19 restrictions in place at the time).
