The Vegetarian Collective! This is a series of plant based workshops centred around resilient communities and sustainable eating. Each workshop will focus on a different element of food - be it growing, cooking, or preserving... and of course - eating!
It's no April Fools prank! We're making real (vegan) cheese!!! At this workshop Liz will show you how she makes her "Cashewbert" and "Bluebert" cashew-based cheese, a "non-beany tasting" soy milk, and an easy overnight yoghurt. Recipes and top tips will be given to help you make your own versions at home!
This workshop will run on Wednesday April 1st at 5.30pm. Bring your friends and families! Entry is $5pp to cover ingredient costs. Please note that at this event there will be tastings, but not a meal, so feel free to bring some food or nibbles to keep you going!
