Start Waves
To ensure a safe and fair event for participants we have self seeded start waves in place for the 42, 21 and 12km events. There will be a special seeded box at the very front for all runners that expect to finish in the top 10, these runners will need to indicate this during the entry sign up process. Be realistic and carefully choose your start waves. Timing and results is based on a Mat to Mat time. All walkers are asked to start behind the runners and give way to runners at all times.

Timing & Results
Timing is based on a mat to mat format, the timing chips on the back of your event bib number do not need to be returned. Results will be provided in age group format. Each distance will have an overall placing for 1st, 2nd and 3rd male and female run participants only and these will be awarded at the finish line.
