Wellington Palestine Family Fun Day

Building on the success of our event in Waitangi Park last year, Wellington Palestine and friends invite you to join our Family Fun Day in Frank Kitts park to showcase and celebrate Palestinian and Middle Eastern culture.

The event is free and open to all, but be sure to bring some cash to sample:
- Delicious Middle Eastern savoury delights
- Fantastic Arabian desserts (among others)
- Beautiful Palestinian products and
- Arabian clothes
- Hand henna designs
- Special henna inspired candles/booklets

Who knows, there may even be spontaneous dabke dancing, as there was at least year's successful event.

Bring your friends and family, grab a bite to eat or just soak up the sun and let the dabke beats wash over you.

Stall holder swill include: Levant Sweets, Zari Henna, Kai from Egypt, Preserved Identity, Trade Aid, and Wellington City Library.
