Matariki is a time to join up and be together with the ones you love. Embrace the Matariki spirit and get the family out and about these holidays. Aratoi will be opening up an entire gallery just for kids to drop in and be creative.
Come and explore the nine stars of Matariki, through the environment and light, large scale building and drawing, cutting and making instruments. We are providing a variety of activities to inspire and engage your kids of all ages, including Imagination Playground blocks kindly on loan from our friends at the Dowse Art Museum. You will have trouble leaving!
