2020 - New decade, new decision.
We are so happy that we can get together through online and studio sessions to:
- optimize our range of motion,
- boost our energy,
- maintain our physical and mental alignment.
- enhance our immunity.
Here is our timetable for online and studio classes:
Sun 9-10am - studio
Mon 7-8pm - online
Wed 7:15-8:00am - online
Fri 7:15-8:00am - online
Pre-registration for both online and studio classes is required via the following email addresses or our website.
You will be given a password to be able to watch the live streaming through our channel.
The everyday session includes a unique set of practice, so you can join any sessions you want.
Attending more than 3 classes per week, the rest of the classes will be considered free of charge for everyone.
Please note that a combination of the online and yoga studio classes, attending more than 2 classes per week, family attendance, etc, will apply a discount to the total fee. Please inform your yoga alignment teacher of your desires and get a discounted quote.
