Mondays:
Zumba Gold: 9:30- 10:30am.
Zumba Fitness-: 7:00- 8:00pm
Tuesdays:
Tai Chi: 1:00-2:00pm
Pilates: 6:30-7:30pm
Thursdays:
Yoga for Seniors: 10:00-11:00am
Yoga Intermediate: 6:30-7:30pm
Sundays:
Online Pilates via Zoom: 7:00-8:00pm
