Ukiyo-e, which translates as 'pictures of the floating world', reached new levels of sophistication in the late eighteenth century in what has come to be thought of as a 'golden age'.
This exhibition reflects some of the great master printmaking artists of the era including Isoda Koryusai, Suzuki Harunobu, Katsukawa Shunsho, Kikugawa Eizan among others.
