All Day of Fun with Miso making and learning to cook many delicious traditional miso meals!
Please come and enjoy the Japanese seasonal tradition of winter Miso making!
All 5 recipes are very unique, original and also traditional. If you want to learn true Japanese Miso dishes that impress your guests, this class will be yours to attend.
New secret miso sauce that can make yummy pickled veggies and also turning veggies into fabulous stir-fly.
Miso sprinkles" Ra-Yu" will make your rice dishes more exciting and authentic.
There will be Japanese tea and snack and also Japanese Plant-based lunch to be enjoyed ,too.
You can either bring your own ceramic pot to take your miso mixture with you or leave it with me for me to posted to you in a year time when your Miso will be beautifully fermented. This workshop also comes with ready made handmade miso so you can try your new recipes at home straight away.
