This fast and fun class is ideal for beginners or those with limited experience - although experienced students are also welcome!
Students will practice making a simple textured silver ring band. We will learn the basics of the process in copper or brass then make a slim sterling silver ring from start to finish. They will learn measuring, texturing, soldering and finishing techniques to make beautiful, wearable rings!
Course cost includes practice ring materials and silver for one ring, extra materials are available to purchase in the workshop if time allows for you to make more rings.
As this is a taster class we will be providing a set range of widths for your ring bands so as to make the project enjoyable and achievable.
Kids aged 12 and up (or so) are welcome to attend the class, but any person under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an enrolled parent or caregiver.
