Aroma & Crystal Sound Bath is using “Vibrational Medicine’’ tools such as essential oils, sound and breath to help restore, relax and slow down.
Starting with some breath work to find your relaxed state, there is nothing to do but be still and receive the sound bath.
We will flow into a beautiful harmonic soundscape. You'll be taken on a sonic journey through gentle distinctive tones of Crystal singing bowls and high vibrational chimes. Allow yourself to drift away as you deepen your experience and continue to release tension and restore inner balance.
