Art Jam: The empty Newtown Community Centre is filling up with art, music and creativity and opening all its doors for you to explore!

Newtown Community Centre is having huge renovations and will be moving out of our building for a whole YEAR. The building, on the corner of Colombo & Rintoul Streets, is a huge ex-Church with heaps of nooks, crannies, hidden rooms and strange angles. On the weekend of the 14th, 15th and 16th of May, we’re throwing open all the doors - so come and explore! What might you find? Local artists’ work to admire and buy, lights, art installation rooms, graffiti art all over the walls, live music, dance and community performances.

Saturday 15th: 9 am-2 pm (gold coin donation entry)—come explore the art and music
