Zanahe is unwell and we had to postpone the Quebec theme and replace it with a French one.
Serge Cottraz is from Switzerland and a familiar name in our region.
He has been a chef for over 3 decades in New Zealand and abroad, and many know him as the Chef tutor at NMIT for an impressive 18 years.
Well travelled, and a lover of sailing, he has agreed to replace Zanahe and is coming to present for us a few of the numerous French dishes he can delight us with:
- Blanquette de veau,
- Gratin dauphinois,
- Tarte tartine
Serge est originaire de Suisse et un nom familier dans notre région.
Il est chef cuisinier depuis plus de trois décennies en Nouvelle-Zélande et à l'étranger, et beaucoup le connaissent comme chef tuteur au NMIT depuis 18 ans.
Grand voyageur et amoureux de la voile, il a accepté de remplacer Zanahe et vient nous présenter quelques-uns des nombreux plats français dont il peut nous régaler :
