Celebrate Bastille Day with us at Clos Henri with our annual Family Open Day!
One of the most celebrated dates on the French calendar, Bastille Day is held every year on the anniversary of the storming of the Bastille, 14th July 1789.
This year we welcome you and your family to join us at Clos Henri for some fine wines, French food, a little rustic French music and a whole lot of French fair.
Highlights include:
- horse and cart rides
- live accordion
- wine tasting & sales
- cheese, pate and patisserie
- face painting and kids corner
- Mulled wine
We will be joined by a host of your favourite Marlborough artisans - Cranky Goat, Craft Pate, Feast Merchants and plenty of others. Bring the kids for an interactive display from Taylor Pass Honey, history about Bastille Day and free games! Rain or shine - this event has plenty to keep you entertained for the first weekend of the school holidays.
