Becky Reid

Becky Reid is a 20-year-old folk-inspired singer/songwriter/guitarist from Arrowtown, currently studying at the Dunedin School of Art. Becky has been around the Dunedin folk club regularly and has been attending the Whare Flat Folk Festival for as long as she can remember. Being a long time performer Becky has received accolades for her singing and songwriting, receiving the national APRA Lyric Award for her song ‘Fish Tank' in 2017. Becky will be performing, rearranged, covers of storytelling songs by artists such as Gillian Welch, Neil Young, Bob Dylan, and Joni Mitchell… to name a few.
