Nanako Sato has been obsessed about Bill Evans trio just like the most of jazz pianists once has in their lifetime. Sato is mostly known as the pianist/vocalist for Big Bands, but this time, she is going back to her roots, playing with her newly formed piano trio. The bassist of the Garden City Big band Russell Stedman and groovy yet sensitive drummer Chris Seal. She has invited her gig partner Hanafi Machirus to do some tunes dedicated from the legendary album “Under Current”.
