Learn the basic skills, techniques and shortcuts for buttercream decorating cupcakes and cakes.
Includes learning how to cut level and fill cakes, crumb coating, piped or textured finishes, smooth finishes, piping roses and much more.
Students are required to bring their own equipment from week 2, and a fee of $10 is payable to the tutor on the first night to cover the cost for all the materials required for the models the tutor makes.
A material list will be issued for the second week and the tutor will discuss the items and requirements with you on the first night, including the cakes and icing that you will be required to bring each week
