Come along and learn the basic skills, methods, tips and tricks to covering a cake to make it look amazing! In this course, Sue, from Cupboard Love, will cover marbling fondant, creating figurines & flowers, how best to apply and use edible lace and fabrics, as well as, royal icing for brush and embroidery work.
Students are required to bring their own equipment from week 2, and a fee of $10 is payable to the tutor on the first night to cover the cost for all the materials required for the models the tutor makes. A material list will be issued for the second week and the tutor will discuss the items and requirements with you on the first night, including the cakes and icing that you will be required to bring each week.
