Exploring ideas around Consent, Connection, Dance Safety, Radical Personal Responsibility, and Self-Empowerment

Any level of fitness or injury recovery is welcome - learning to communicate our needs and listen to our bodies is part of the experienced learning journey

Wear warm comfortable clothes (layers are a good idea)

You are welcome to participate in the workshops on any of the dates that suit you

There is no charge for the class. Please bring a donation to contribute to the cost of hiring the ballroom at Warwick House or arrange to bank transfer: Payment Sliding scale $6 - 12 Koha
Note: Sliding scales are a tool of economic equality. If you have the means to pay the higher rate, please do so, allowing others, for whom cost is a barrier, to have the opportunity to participate on the scale they can manage. Thank you.
