Want to know how to put together delicious Indian meals using the contents of your pantry, fridge and freezer? My Indian Pantry shows you how to put together meals from things you already have at home.

Our Indian cookery expert wants to make life easy for busy people by helping you to see how easily you can make wonderful Indian meals using ingredients you already have. Most people have a carrot and onion in their vege draw and some peas in the freezer. Manjula will show you how to take these kind of basic ingredient’s and cook sumptuous Indian meals. This course has been designed to help busy people make complete and tasty meals, without always having to go and get extra or specialty ingredients. Expand you culinary repertoire and make the most of everyday ingredients by giving them Indian flair!

All ingredients included in course fee, please bring your apron and a couple of teatowels to each session, plus a couple of containers to take your food home in.

By the end of the course, you’ll be able to:
- Recognise what kind of basic ingredients can be used in multiple ways
- Be able to cook some Indian dishes using everyday ingredients
- Demonstrate how to follow a recipe and recognise appropriate substitution ingredients
- Discuss how using everyday ingredients to make tasty meals can help save money
